What to do if Migration to CDX Fails

If, for whatever reason, you can not migrate your NetDMR user account to the Central Data Exchange (CDX), then you must take alternative action to gain access to the upgraded NetDMR system beginning May 22. 2017. The type of alternative action to take depends on whether you have an existing CDX account or not. The available options are as follows:

For users not able to migrate their NetDMR account, but already have an existing CDX account, all that is required is to add the NetDMR Program Service to your existing CDX account. For detailed instructions on how to add a NetDMR Program Service to your existing CDX account, please click here:

Please note that Permittee (signature) users will be required to sign and submit a CDX Electronic Signature Agreement (ESA) if an ESA is not on record already. Also, NetDMR Subscriber Agreements (SAs) will also be required for all NPDES IDs where a Signatory Role is being requested.

For users not able to migrate their NetDMR account, and do not have an existing CDX account, a new CDX account will need to be created. For detailed instructions on how to Create a New Account, please click here:

https://netdmr.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002191783

Please note that Permittee (signature) users will be required to sign and submit a CDX Electronic Signature Agreement (ESA), and NetDMR Subscriber Agreements (SAs) will also be required for all NPDES IDs where a Signatory Role is being requested.

NOTE - For migration purposes, a CDX account is created at time when the user selects and submits their Organization information. If you attempted migration and was able to submit your Organization information, then you have an existing CDX account and would need to perform Add Program Service to add NetDMR to your CDX account. If you attempted migration, but failed to submit your Organization information, then you would need to perform Create New Account.
