What will happen to users who do not receive a CRK email?

  • Users who did not resolve discrepancies in their account information will not receive a CRK email and will not migrate to CDX as an existing NetDMR user
  • These users will have to go through the process of creating an account; has a streamlined process for creating a CDX account
    • Permittee with signature will go through identity proofing (Lexis Nexis)
    • User must request access for all permits originally stored in NetDMR
    • RA to approve these requests in NetDMR
