I am a Responsible Official (RO) and I have requested access to my permit with a NetDMR Subscriber Agreement (SA), but my Regulatory Authority (RA) is seeing the status as pending with no check box to approve/deny my request. What do I do?

We have frequently experienced ROs thinking they signed the subscriber agreement, but actually they just reviewed and printed it; they did not click on ‘Sign Subscriber Agreement.” The link below is for a document that shows a permittee how to sign the Subscriber Agreement. If a permittee forgot to sign a subscriber agreement, they can always go to “My Account,” scroll down to “My Permits,” and click on the “Sign” button next to the pending requests.
