What do I do if I have been locked out of my CDX account (to access NetDMR) due to too many password or security question attempts when signing DMRs?

  • If you have forgotten your password, click on forgot password in CDX.

  • If you cannot answer the security question, call the CDX helpdesk:
    • Person-to-person telephone support is available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST/EDT). Call the toll-free line at 888-890-1995. (970) 494-5500 for International callers.
