What does 'Unable to to authenticate user' error means?

  • User should use the CDX login password. If after entering your CDX password, the error persists try resetting your signature questions
  • NetDMR uses CDX CROMERR Services to sign DMRs when a user chooses to Sign and Submit one or more DMRs in NetDMR. Resetting the signature questions will reset the electronic signature attempts.
