Why can I not access NetDMR?

There are a few reasons why a user, permittee or data provider, might be unable to access NetDMR:

1. User forgot his/her CDX password.  

2. User forgot his/her CDX User ID

3. User did not change his/her password after 90 days (password expired)

4. User had too many failed log in attempts

5. Browser issue (please clear catch by following the steps outlined in the article here

  or contact your IT department )

 

To resolve the first four issues, please login to CDX (https://cdx.epa.gov/) to reset your password or user ID by following the steps below.  If you need additional assistance, you will need to contact the CDX Help Desk at 888-890-1995 or (970) 494-5500 for International callers or helpdesk@epacdx.net

 

1) Click on either link to reset password or user ID. 

 

FORGOT PASSWORD

2) If you forgot your password:

  • Type in your Email associated with CDX and User ID
  • Check box
  • Click Submit
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to continue 

 

FORGOT USER ID

3) If you forgot your User ID:

  • Type in your email associated with CDX
  • Check box
  • Click Submit
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to continue 

 

PASSWORD EXPIRED 

4) If you did not change your password after 3 months:

  • Type in current password
  • Create new password
  • Re-enter new password
  • If you forgot current password, follow step 1.

5) If you fail to answer your security question three times in a row, you will need to contact the CDX Help Desk at 888-890-1995 or (970) 494-5500 for International callers or helpdesk@epacdx.net.
