The Overdue DMR Email Service was enhanced to check ICIS before sending the emails. If a DMR form no longer exists in ICIS (e.g., the permit was deleted or terminated), then Overdue DMR emails will not be sent for that form.
The service was also enhanced to not send emails for a permit that doesn’t have any signatories in NetDMR. This will prevent Internal Administrators from receiving Overdue DMR emails for permits that exist, but are not being reported on, in NetDMR.
The Overdue DMR Email Service used to have a maximum number of emails that could be sent in a night. The service has been enhanced to send all notifications, regardless of how many there are for a night.
For July 2018 only, Internal Administrators will receive two monthly summary emails. The first will be sent on the evening of 07/16/2018 and will cover the time period of 07/01/2018 to 07/16/2018. The second will be sent on the evening of 08/01/2018 and will cover the time period of 07/17/2018 to 07/31/2018.
