Receiving no results when submitting import files

If you receive an error on the following screen (below) when clicking on "Submit Import File", then you will need to change the compatibility view setting on your browser. 


How to change compatibility setting:

Select the “Tools” icon on your browser and click on “Compatibility View Settings

The site will be listed under “Add this website” --> Click the “Add” button

The browser will auto refresh. Try the import again.
