How do I add my mobile phone number to my CDX account to reset my password?

  1.  Access your CDX account at 
  2. On your MyCDX page, click on "My Profile" to continue  
  3. Once in My Profile, click on "Modify Verification Methods" under Verification Methods
  4. Click on "Add" to add mobile number  
  5. You will now be prompted enter your mobile number. Click the "Send" button when complete. 
  6. You will then receive a text message with a pin on your mobile phone. mceclip0.png
  7. Enter PIN Number, then click "Verify"
  8. You will now be taken back to your My Profile page with your updated mobile number added.
